Our law firm was started by Attorney Russell A. Burdelski, who has always been a tough fighter for what is right. At age 17, he joined the Marine Corps and honorably served for four years. After the Marines, he worked his way through college and law school and started this firm right out of law school with the idea that lawyers are not just for the well-off. The law is supposed to be applied equally to all citizens. However, if one does not have access to legal counsel, the law can hardly be applied equally.

The wealthy do not have to worry about legal counsel because they can afford high-priced lawyers. The poor and the destitute are represented by neighborhood legal services or by the office of the public defender. This leaves the vast majority of the population, the middle class and the working poor, basically underserved.

At Burdelski Law Offices, we are dedicated to serving the vast bulk of people who might be intimidated by going to see a downtown attorney. We are a full-service law firm providing you legal services at an affordable cost. We understand how hard it is to earn that next dollar.
